Job Description
Deliver end-to-end Field Service solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize service operations.
Responsibilities
Design and implement Field Service modules: work orders, scheduling, resource management
Integrate with IoT, inventory, and CRM systems
Automate service workflows using Power Automate
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for field operations
Collaborate with service teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
3–12 years of Dynamics 365 Field Service experience
Hands-on with Field Service module and IoT integrations
Experience with Power Platform, scheduling, and resource optimization
Knowledge of analytics, dashboards, and mobile field solutions
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service certifications preferred
