Job Description
Deliver SAP CX solutions across Commerce, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Data Clouds.
Responsibilities
Implement SAP CX modules: Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Cloud
Develop integrations via SAP CPI, REST APIs, and IDocs
Provide architecture guidance, testing, and data migration
Design digital campaigns and marketing operations
Collaborate with customer experience and business teams
Requirements
3–12 years of SAP CX experience
Hands-on with Commerce, Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds
Experience in SAP CPI, integration, and Hybris/Spartacus
Strong architecture and project leadership skills
SAP CX certifications preferred
