Job Description
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions to optimize revenue generation and CRM processes.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales modules including lead-to-cash and opportunity management
Develop technical solutions, integrations, and workflows
Provide architecture guidance and best practices for Sales transformations
Implement reporting, dashboards, and analytics with Power BI
Collaborate with business teams for adoption and process optimization
Requirements
3–12 years of Dynamics 365 Sales experience
Proficiency in Sales module configuration and customization
Experience with Power Platform integrations and data analytics
Knowledge of APIs, CDS, and solution architecture
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales certifications preferred
