Integrate HRSD with core HR systems and ITSM
Monitor service levels and process compliance
Collaborate with HR and business teams for optimized service delivery
Requirements
3–12 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD
Hands-on with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge
Proficiency in Flow Designer, GlideScript, and integrations
Experience with reporting and KPI tracking
ServiceNow certifications preferred (HRSD Implementation)
