Responsibilities
Design and implement case management, SLA, and knowledge base workflows
Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service with third-party tools and Omnichannel
Automate processes with Power Automate and AI capabilities
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for service KPIs
Collaborate with business teams to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
3–12 years of Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience
Hands-on experience with Customer Service module configuration
Knowledge of integration, Power Automate, and AI-driven workflows
Experience with Omnichannel, dashboards, and analytics
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service certifications preferred
