Job Description
Enable HR digital transformation through SAP SuccessFactors modules and workforce analytics.
Responsibilities
Implement SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting & Onboarding, LMS
Lead technical integration using SAP CPI or Boomi
Provide post-go-live support, data migration, and AMS services
Oversee compensation, succession planning, and workforce analytics
Collaborate with HR and business teams for optimized processes
Requirements
3–12 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Hands-on with functional and technical modules
Knowledge of integration, data migration, and testing
Experience in HR process transformation
SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
