Job Description
Architect and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions, automating service workflows and optimizing incident, problem, and change management processes.
Responsibilities
Design and implement ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules
Integrate ITSM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools
Monitor and optimize ITSM processes and dashboards
Collaborate with service teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
3–12 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM
Proficiency in scoped apps, Flow Designer, GlideScript
Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM implementation
Knowledge of integrations with CMDB, LDAP, and external tools
ServiceNow certifications preferred (ITSM Administrator/Implementation)
